- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Crushed graham crackers or toffee bits (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Spread 1/2 cup of caramel sauce evenly on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over the caramel sauce.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Pour over the banana layer and spread evenly. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer.
