- 20 fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 2–3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper, to taste (optional)
- 20 toothpicks or small skewers
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Drain mozzarella balls and set aside.
- Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick.
- Arrange completed skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
