- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For Serving:
- Lemon wedges
- Dipping sauce (such as remoulade or garlic aioli)
Instructions
- Season the Shrimp:
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, black pepper, and salt.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and fully cooked.
- Finish & Serve:
