Description

Cajun Garlic Sauce is a bold, buttery condiment infused with garlic, Cajun spices, lemon, and herbs. It’s perfect for adding flavor and heat to seafood, meats, and vegetables.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Add honey for a sweet-heat variation.
  • Use smoked paprika in place of Cajun seasoning for a different flavor profile.
  • Add a splash of cream for a richer, creamier texture.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Reheat gently to preserve consistency.
