Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir melted butter and brown sugar together until smooth and fully combined.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the butterscotch chips evenly.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into bars.
