Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam broccoli until just tender, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties using your hands or a scoop.
