 - 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Steam broccoli until just tender, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor.
 - In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties using your hands or a scoop.
 - Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crispy.
 - Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
 - Customize with added veggies like carrots or spinach.
 - For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack set on the sheet pan.
 - Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
