Description

The Bright Blue Drink with Fruits & Lemon is a vibrant, refreshing beverage made with a blue base and infused with fresh fruit and citrus. Perfect for summer days or festive occasions, this colorful drink is as tasty as it is eye-catching.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups blue sports drink, lemonade, or blue raspberry juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks or banana pieces
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wheels
  • Fresh mint or rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • Optional (for adults): 1/4 cup vodka, rum, or coconut liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pitcher or four glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the blue beverage base (sports drink, lemonade, or juice).
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir gently.
  4. Add strawberries, pineapple or banana chunks, and lemon slices.
  5. Optional: Add soda water or lemon-lime soda for fizz.
  6. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint or rosemary.
  7. Serve immediately with straws and additional fruit on the rim if desired.

Notes

  • Prepare the drink base and fruit separately if making ahead—combine just before serving.
  • Frozen fruits work well and keep the drink cold without diluting it.
  • For natural coloring, try blue butterfly pea flower tea and add lemon juice for a color change effect.
  • Scale the recipe for punch bowls or pitchers for larger gatherings.
  • Serve within 2 hours for the best appearance and taste.
