- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges if desired.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage or bacon until browned. Remove and drain excess grease. Sauté bell peppers and onion in the same skillet until soft.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Layer the cooked meat and vegetables into the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the filling.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
