Description

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberry puree

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a springform pan.
  • Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the pan.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in blueberry puree.
