Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp butter

2 green onions, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Bake potatoes at 400°F for 1 hour until tender.

Scoop out insides, mash with butter, sour cream, and cheese.

Spoon back into skins, top with more cheese.

Broil until golden. Garnish with green onions.
