Description

Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside—these loaded baked potatoes are filled with cheesy, savory goodness. Perfect as a side or a satisfying main!


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Bake potatoes at 400°F for 1 hour until tender.

  • Scoop out insides, mash with butter, sour cream, and cheese.

  • Spoon back into skins, top with more cheese.

  • Broil until golden. Garnish with green onions.


Notes

  • Add bacon bits for extra flavor.

  • Can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
