For the crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
For the berry swirl:
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Make the crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.

Make the cheesecake batter:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.

- Cook berries, sugar, and lemon juice until softened.
- Blend and strain, then swirl into cheesecake batter.

- Bake for 50-55 minutes, then let cool.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
