- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold gently.
- Mix in chocolate chips and pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set but the center is slightly gooey.
- Let cool before cutting.
