Description

Beef and Broccoli Noodles Stir Fry is a delicious, quick-to-make dish that combines tender beef strips, crisp broccoli, and flavorful noodles in a rich, savory sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, it delivers a satisfying and balanced meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • beef strips
  • broccoli florets
  • egg noodles
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • garlic
  • fresh ginger
  • vegetable oil
  • cornstarch
  • green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the beef strips with cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli with a splash of water, cover briefly, and cook until just tender.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat.
  7. Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute chicken or tofu for the beef.
  • Add bell peppers, snap peas, or mushrooms for extra veggies.
  • Use rice noodles or spaghetti if preferred.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
  • For a spicier dish, add sliced chili, chili paste, or a splash of hot sauce during cooking.
  • If using frozen broccoli, thaw and drain it before adding to the stir fry to avoid excess moisture.
  • To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, and noodles.
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce to make it low sodium.
  • It is best enjoyed fresh, as the noodles can become mushy when frozen and reheated.
