Description

A decadent banana and toffee pie with a crunchy crust and whipped cream topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (for toffee)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Caramel drizzle for topping

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, cook condensed milk until caramelized (about 20 minutes).
  • Spread toffee over the crust and layer with banana slices.
  • Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.
