Description

This banana smoothie bowl is thick, creamy, naturally sweet, and perfect for a healthy breakfast or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup milk (or plant-based)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Ice cubes (optional)

 

  • Banana slices for topping


Instructions
