Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add oats, nut butter, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, chia or flaxseed (if using), vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Mix until fully combined and evenly incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Store in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
