Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine pasta

1/2 cup butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, melt butter and stir in cream.

Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.
