- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 small lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush with the seasoning mixture.
- Add cherry tomatoes and lemon slices around the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve warm.
