- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish. Brush with the herb mixture.
- Arrange lemon slices and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
