- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)
- 2–3 fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
- Crusty bread, crackers, or sliced fruit for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the Brie in a small baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern with a sharp knife.
- Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
- Spoon garlic and some oil over the Brie.
- Sprinkle with chopped herbs, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle honey over the top. Add chopped nuts if using.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the center is soft and gooey.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or fruit.

- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a different flavor profile.
- Spread fig jam or cranberry sauce under the Brie for added fruitiness.
- Wrap in puff pastry for a more indulgent presentation.
