Description
A delicious and hearty breakfast sandwich made with crispy bacon, a fried egg, and melted cheese served on a soft, buttery brioche bun.
Ingredients

- 2 brioche buns
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and crack in the eggs. Cook to desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns if desired.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun, followed by 2 slices of bacon and one cooked egg.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add avocado or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Use a non-stick skillet for easier egg cooking.
- Swap cheddar for your favorite cheese variety.
