Description

A delicious and hearty breakfast sandwich made with crispy bacon, a fried egg, and melted cheese served on a soft, buttery brioche bun.


Ingredients

  • 2 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and crack in the eggs. Cook to desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly toast the brioche buns if desired.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun, followed by 2 slices of bacon and one cooked egg.
  5. Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add avocado or hot sauce for extra flavor.
  • Use a non-stick skillet for easier egg cooking.
  • Swap cheddar for your favorite cheese variety.
