- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 6–8 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped or halved
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional, for brushing buns)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking the assembled sliders.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Slice slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish or on a tray.
- Spoon the cooked beef evenly over the bottom buns. Top with cheese slices and bacon pieces.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns. Brush tops with melted butter, if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve warm.
