- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed or sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup lettuce or spinach
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly on each tortilla.
- Add avocado, chicken, tomatoes, and greens.
- Drizzle with lime juice if using, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold and roll tortillas into burritos; slice in half to serve.
