Instructions
To Make the Apple Fritter Bread:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with nonstick spray or cake release.
- Apple Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Set aside.
- Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk egg, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
