- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Cooking spray
- Optional: melted butter and cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Lightly grease your hands and form small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) from the dough.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place donut holes in the basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Optional: Toss warm donut holes in melted butter and cinnamon sugar for a sweet coating.
Notes
- Best enjoyed warm, right after air frying.
- You can add mini chocolate chips to the dough for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes before serving.
