- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef and cook until translucent and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes to combine flavors thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot.
